Peplum shirt (gathered/flared at the waist) is cut on the crossgrain, fitted through bust and waist, has high collar and collar stand, front and back waistline tucks, and concealed front button closure.  Bishop sleeves with gathered sleeve cap have tucks forming a cuff with invisible zip opening, high/low hem.

Suggested fabrics: broadcloth, cotton shirting, poplin.  Unsuitable for diagonals

Interfacing: Lightweight fusible
